Session Experiences

Grace — Crystal Energy Healing
My session with Lyle came with the most incredible timing; I had just ended a romantic relationship and was in need of being held. This session left me feeling like I was wrapped in a blanket, sipping on a warming cup of tea. My vulnerability and raw feelings were safe and supported.

Lyle talked me through the process, sharing what each crystal was rising up to support. I chose to anchor the healing into a crystal to take home with me, and I’ve carried it all week - it has made all the difference.

What I loved most was that we weren’t trying to remove or fix anything. Instead, we created a safe haven within, from which I could begin to process the loss. I left feeling capable of holding my grief, and hopeful for what may come.

I received the Heart Essence as a birthday gift, and taking it became a twice-daily ritual of returning to myself. To my surprise, I began asserting boundaries and expressing my feelings with more clarity. Heart helped me rediscover self-love through self-care and preservation.
