The Aletheia Essences are a range of vibrational medicines, lovingly created by Lyle Rainger-Scott over five years in beautiful locations across NSW, including the Blue Mountains, Megalong Valley, Barrington Tops, Berry, and Bellingen. Each essence is crafted through a unique process blending herbs, crystals, flower essences, and essential oils.

The name Aletheia means “truth” or “that which is unhidden.” These essences are created to reveal what has always lived within you - your True Nature.
