Liquorice and marshmallow leaf bring a soothing, coating quality to the throat and respiratory tract, while mullein and plantain support the lungs and help clear excess mucus. Eucalyptus and thyme offer a subtle clearing action, opening the airways and supporting easier breathing. Sage and ginger add a grounding warmth through the chest.
The flavour is herbaceous and slightly sweet, with a soft warmth and a clean, clearing finish.
